How long does it take to complete a new website?
New websites take approximately two weeks to complete once all customer data and content has been gathered.  We can expedite this process as well in the case of needing a project sooner for an additional fee.

I just purchased a new website, but cannot find it through search engines such as Google.  Where is my website?
Search engine submission / optimization isn't a process that is controlled by human interaction at this point in time.  Rather, it's controlled by computer algorithms that constantly search the internet for new content (commonly called robots or spiders).  While we build all our websites to be search-engine-optimized, it can take some time for new websites to start appearing in search engine results.

I've decided to cancel a project that we've already begun working on.  How does billing work for this situation, and can I be refunded for any costs already incurred?
Should a project be canceled during its construction, there will not be any additional cost incurred, although any content already created will remain the property of Interlife Designs unless separately purchased.  In addition to this, any money that has already been paid, such as a project down payment, cannot be refunded as it goes towards the work that has already taken place to that point.
