Interlife Designs has been extremely busy for the past several months, including a brand new partnership with PC systems-management company, Davis Technologies.  Thanks to this new partnership, plus a new sponsor that's taken on support for Interlife's work, we're working hard to bring some extensive changes to Interlife Designs in the very near future!  Stay tuned to our website and our Facebook page for more information, as well as all the new features we're bringing to our customers.

   OCTOBER 3 . 2012  
Tonight we've added two new projects to the Portfolio page.

• Connor's Day 2012 ::
  Our last update to the site spoke in detail about the incredible opportunity that we had in producing a children's charity website for a young boy's dream - an international car show!  Check out the Connor's Day website for full access to the event, including exhibit information, charity donations, pictures of the entire show, and so much more.  This was our biggest website yet, with over 15,000 hits in its first week alone and attendees contributing to the site from all over the world!
• The Phantom Manor ::
  Just in time for Halloween, check out our creepiest website ever!  Thanks to an intricate design from our partner, KeenaKorn.com, we've put together a tourist site focused around this true-to-life haunted house.  Make sure your speakers are turned up, and check out the website - if you dare!

   SEPTEMBER 4 . 2012  
We've taken on a very special project this week.  Interlife Designs was hired to provide a charity website for an 11-year-old boy named Connor that is struggling through a fight with cancer.  Connor, who is incredibly passionate about cars and racing, is having a huge car show and charity event put together in his honor, with a community of over 500 people already bringing their vehicles to show support for the event.  We were honored when Connor's father and their support team reached out to us to build them a website commemorating the event.

This event - now being referred to as Connor's Day 2012 - takes place on September 8th, and any attendees over in the UK (or worldwide, for that matter), are more than welcome to attend.  There's been a donation account set up in Connor's name as well, with all proceeds going towards the research behind fighting children's cancer.

The website went live late last night, and will be updated frequently between now and the car show as more supporters sign up for the event.  Please check out our newest website below, and thank you for your time and support on this matter!

We've finished a huge maintenance update for Interlife Designs tonight, which includes bug fixes, link updates, and three new additions to our Portfolio page.  We hope you enjoy our latest projects:

• Enchanted Toy Chest ::
  An e-commerce site specializing in comic book and model toy sales, the Enchanted Toy Chest needed a facelift to reflect its recent acquisition by parent company, Fantasy Books Inc.
• KitBuilders Magazine ::
  Serving the sculpting and modeling community for over a decade, the KitBuilders company recently launched a full digital campaign through Interlife Designs and KeenaKorn.com.  Highlights include a brand new website, digital magazine content, and DVDs for sale containing each month's magazine in a convenient home-format.
• SIHCA ::
  Launching next month, the Southern Illinois Health Care Association (SIHCA) decided to completely overhaul their website with a new look, complete with private intranet service, log-in and authentication tools, and virtual presentations for ease-of-use throughout their offices and partners.

Thanks to all the viewers that helped us out during our "Beta Test" period, we've just finished a heavy maintenance update to Interlife Designs fixing a number of bugs that had popped up during this time.  Everything should be complete and running smoothly from this point out!  If you run into any bugs or issues that you feel should be reported, please don't hesitate to contact us at: webmaster@interlifedesigns.net

Ten years.  It's been ten years since Interlife Designs officially opened its doors for business.  We've come a very long way since our "Project 195" days (which, in hindsight, was a horrible name for a company), but if it weren't for the team at Purpleheart Studios taking a leap of faith in our up-and-coming design studio, we may never have gotten our feet off the ground.  This year, our 10-year-anniversary of Interlife Designs, we want to celebrate in a variety of ways.

First and foremost, please enjoy the brand new navigational structure to our own website - the first we've done since 2007.  We've done away with the somewhat confusing navigation of our previous websites and gone back to the drawing board, offering a variety of services to all interested clients without the headache of sorting through pages of content to find what they're looking for.  With this new structure, whatever you're seeking is just a click away, with as much or as little information available as need be.  The idea behind this is simple - we want to be your design studio, and we aim to do so at both a fraction of the cost of our competition, but also as simply as possible so our services appeal to everyone.

Second, we've done away with all the "Coming Soon" pages that have plagued our website in years past.  No more navigating our website in hopes of finding what you're looking for, only to see that we're not yet offering said services.  From this point on, anything you find here at Interlife Designs is available for order or use immediately.  This in turn leads into our last point:

We're finally offering the services that have been in hiatus for the past year or two here at Interlife Designs.  Now, in addition to the same website and graphic design we've offered since our company's beginnings, we're offering several new services:

• Photography: While we don't claim to be a professional photography studio - go check out our very first client, Purpleheart Studios for that one, we do offer on-site photography for aid with our clients' projects and needs.  If you need pictures taken for your website content, we now offer this service.  Want a few shots for a brochure?  We can take care of that, too.  Like anything here at Interlife Designs, if you want more information, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
• Photo Restoration: One request we've received many times in the past is "brushing up" or repairing old photographs.  Whether it's an old black-and-white photo that you'd like color added to, or a photo has been damaged from wear-and-tear, we can scan in photographs and repair them, offering a fresh, clean, and perfect image to reprint, good-as-new.
• Video Game Design: This is the big one, and our newest addition here at Interlife Designs.  We've partnered with TGF Team X, creators of classic PC fan-favorite games such as BladeRunners SX and Sonic 2099, to offer full PC game creation available exclusively through Interlife Designs.  Any projects we complete will be available both for download and for purchase through our website, and we are officially taking requests for custom-created PC games from our clients.  If you've ever dreamed about the perfect video game that doesn't yet exist, this is your opportunity to make that dream become reality!

In addition to the new services offered above, we're constantly tweaking and improving our current services as well.  Current clients will have full access to the progress of any work they've hired us to do in order to have a better idea of time frames and completion dates.  Our Portfolio has been completely revised as well to include all the new content offered in addition to some of our favorite projects over the years.  Finally, our Washington, D.C. office officially opened a few months ago and is now in full swing to cover the East Coast of the United States, making it easier than ever to reach us here at Interlife Designs.

We're really proud of how far we've come in the past ten years, and it's all thanks to our clients and visitors just like you.  We hope you enjoy all the features and benefits that we're working hard to bring to everyone, and as always, please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions, concerns, or interests in our work.  It's our clients that have kept our doors open for the last decade, and we love hearing from each and every one of you.
